Part of the Transriter platform from Diskriter Inc, Transriter Help Desk is a secure iOS app that permits a user to view open tickets and search closed tickets. Users would also be able to add comments to the ticket, assign a ticket to someone, and create a new ticket.

The application has the following features:
Search Tickets
---------------------------
A user can search for existing tickets in the system. He/she can search all tickets, unclosed tickets, closed tickets, unanswered tickets, and tickets assigned to him/her.
New Ticket
---------------------------
A user can create a ticket for a defined category. And while creating it, he/she can assign this ticket to him/her self or to other users.
Ticket Comments
---------------------------
Users having access to a category can provide and see the comments on that ticket. The user who creates a comment can also modify if it is required.
Ticket Reassign
---------------------------
A ticket can be given to other user if it is necessary.
Ticket Resolve
---------------------------
When the issue mentioned in a ticket is fixed, the ticket can be marked as resolved.
